Reflections Night - Regional Level

Tonight was the Utah Region 10 Reflections Awards Night. Up until now, the three older kids have been all together in their awards, but on this level, only Owen won. His video won out of all 56 schools in the region and will now go on to State level.
It was a LONG night... they showed part of each child's entry... there were 8 categories, with 4 winners and 4 awards of merit, so that makes over 60 entries that we watched. And poor Owen was really nervous to be sitting over in the award recipient's area all by himself! But (with the help of a small bribe of going to get a Wendi's frosty and fries afterwards) he did a great job! I had told him he would only have to walk across the stage and get his award, but it turns out that they had him stand up there through his whole movie and then he could walk across and get it. He was so cute! He waved to me when he saw me smiling at him and then gave two thumbs up to Garrett, which made the audience laugh!

Can you tell which award he is most proud of?! He knows he can't eat the chocolate bar, but it is so BIG!!! He is really proud of winning it and has already told the rest of the family that we can all eat it tomorrow... as long as he gets to cut it!
