Even though we are moving in a couple of weeks, we just couldn't keep from setting up a Christmas tree. I mean, we have a house full of kids... they love Christmas time and trees and decorations and presents. And as their parents, we will go to the ends of the world for their happiness, right? Here is our tree:
Isn't it lovely?! It isn't quite the same as our normal angel tree, but we love it! The kids love the 'kid ornaments' that are on it. Drums, reindeer, bells, etc. As soon as we set it up yesterday, Owen and Emmett could barely keep their hands off of it!
Yeah, the first picture doesn't necessarily show it's actual size!! But it shows the real size for how much we love it! And on the good side, having a tree this little makes it really easy to show off our lovely tree skirt - this year's hands are on the far left by the couch; see Duncan's little teeny tiny one?! (Emmy is in a fever cycle this week, so that is why he looks like he is so groggy! The poor dude is burning up, but he's seizure free, so we're a happy house!)
Another good thing about having a tree this small is that it is just right proportionately to our manger scene!
