When we found out that Hoppy was a he, we decided to go a head and rearrange the

kids rooms to make room for his crib in a few months. The plan was originally to put it in Teagan's room, but switched to have it in the boys' room and to make Tig's room into the school room and her room together. The kids love having it this way! We moved all the books into her room and got a couple of desks from a school so that Garrett and Teagan and Owen each have their own desks this year. We took out the huge computer hutch that was in there and just put the school computer on a smaller table. It worked out very nicely. The boys' room now has all the toys and has the room to fit the crib in January while Teagan's room is set up very well for the

school room and a girl's room. I thought I would post a couple pictures from their first week of school. Owen is doing very simple school this year, but he thinks he is a big kid with Teagan and Garrett. He knows all his

colors and shapes, all the letters and their sounds, and knows how to write his name. He is learning to read from the reading program Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons. He is really early for this, but he has been asking to learn, so I am just trying to follow his lead. He read two words on friday all by himself - "me" and "see" and you would have thought I had given the little guy a chocolate cake all to himself with how happy he was!

You are amazing. Your kids are adorable. Look at Owen's beautiful eyes in the bottom picture.
I like how you have everything organized. Seems to have good flow.
Looks like so much fun! And how exciting for Owen - that is so great!
