While at a friend's house having a cook out with them in April, Emme was having a hard time protecting his food from their Labranard (she's a mix of a St. Bernard and a Labrador Retriever...and yes, 'Labranard' is a real word. It's the actual name of the breed!). Luckily, she is a good puppy and didn't pursue him further, although she easily could have. Emme felt triumphant in finding a safe place to enjoy his sandwich.
They made such a cute scene together!
