My Three Month Old Chunk!

Today Emmett is three months old! Time has flown by so quickly, I wish there was some way for me to slow it down so we could enjoy this baby time a little longer!

He is still our little angel baby. He sleeps through the night for 5-7 hour stretches. He rarely cries. He is so very patient. He smiles at almost anything. He loves talking and interacting with people. He is just a joy to have in our family!

This picture above was supposed to be his "serious" shot, but he wouldn't stop smiling and talking today, so there were no serious shots!

Here he is in all his chunky glory! And doesn't he look proud of it?! His little cheeks are so squishable and fun to kiss! And his little toes are great to kiss... when you kiss on the bottom of his feet his little toes curl around your lip and it is so fun!

With Owen as a big brother, there really isn't going to be any way for Emmett to grow up NOT liking puppies, is there?! These are "Reeces" and "Cream." Emmett thinks Cream has yummy ears.

He is getting control of his hands and arms so much now that he really likes "hugging' things all of the time. So Owen has taken to making sure Emmett has someone in his arms all the time. Sometimes it is one of his doggies, sometimes it is a bunny of Teagan's, but this little guys always has a "friend" in his arms when he is awake. I don't mind, it is another deterrent for him sucking his fingers!

Look at that chunky grin... don't you just want to eat him up? How did we get so lucky to have him sent to our family?

We borrowed some of Owen's buddies for this shot. Spencer (the big dog) is almost camouflaged with the background and Sherri is the sleeping puppy on the left. Owen likes looking at the pictures and I think it is because of all the dogs in it!
